Brand new clean-room was installed for prestigious university client. Work included mechanical ductwork and piping, controls, air handling equipment, condensers, heaters, dampers, and louvers. Indoor rigging of 5000+ pounds of equipment were hoisted via tele-handlers and forklifts.
